Before hitting the road with FreshX, every driver candidate is required to complete our fully online onboarding training programme — from the comfort of your own home, at your own pace.
The programme covers everything you need to know to deliver with FreshX confidently and professionally — including our handling standards for fresh and delicate items, step-by-step delivery procedures, how to use the FreshX Driver app, and the customer service standards we expect from every driver on our team.
To become a certified FreshX driver, candidates must complete the following:
📹 Watch all onboarding training videos in full
📝 Pass the assessment quiz with a minimum score of 90% to demonstrate your understanding of FreshX standards and procedures
Only candidates who successfully complete all training videos and achieve the required pass mark will be awarded their FreshX Driver Certificationand cleared to begin accepting deliveries on the platform.
