Yes. Toll fees incurred during the delivery journey are borne by the customer. Drivers are required to declare any toll charges at the end of the delivery, which will be added as a surcharge on top of the delivery fee and charged accordingly to the customer. All toll charges declared are reflected transparently in the final delivery summary.
